Hello loves! Its finally Friday (and unfortunately the end of our spring break)! While many college and high school students spent their break travelling (I see you my Cancun travellers), I spent my spring break dressing up and spending as much time as I could with my friends. One of the many things I did besides going to the mall and taking walks (I rhymed haha!) was go for an interview. And as we all know, the dress code is business professional or business casual. So I'm going to let you in on a little secret before I get to my point. I have never worn a suit before.
Cue the gasps. Yup. Me, a criminal justice and law student has never EVER worn a suit before. Its not that I've never had the opportunity to do so. I just did not feel the need to. But this.. this was different. I was determined to go all out for this and wow people. To wow people darlings you must first look wow. And then I had to get over my fear of not looking good in a suit (wasn't too hard cause y'all know your girl's a risk taker!). At 9am on Monday, I walked in dressed to kill (cue fifth harmony's 'BOSS'). I looked like I was about to prosecute someone's child for every penny they were worth and made sure I left an impression not just with the clothes but with my words and actions. Currently I'm waiting for that acceptance email (so pray for me loves) but I thought I'd share some photos.
